lazy?

it may appear to you, the reader, that i am getting lazy with my posts... lots of music and pictures and other people's great ideas. well, you are astute, my dear friend. however, that isn't entirely true. it did take me awhile to confirm that in fact, all of those songs on the pretendo player below were indeed released in the 80's (i knew they were, but i wanted to REALLY know, in case i put that up and some music nerd embarrassed me with their far-superior music history knowledge)...

also, i am still in my grumpy-study person mode until friday, so i figure the safest post is one that doesn't directly involve me writing my thoughts or feelings down... well, there goes that plan.

on a final, shameful, hypocritical note of lameness - i actually signed on to twitter for the first time ever two days ago. and made an account. and started to 'follow' john mayer, ashton kutcher and michael cera. oh, and obama. i am holding out on actually 'tweeting' (???) and am going to pretend to myself that i am using it as a current affairs/study tool to help with my thesis research since i am also a 'follower' of Time and uh, i think BBC news and some other news 'tweets' ...'tweetcasts'?...'tweeticles'?
